Brooklyn Correctional Institution

Brookyln Correctional Institution is located in Brookyln Connecticut.  It is considered a level 3 medium security institution and houses both a small population of pre-trial inmates, and a larger portion of fully sentenced offenders.

Bridgeport has a variety of programs that may be beneficial for the inmate to participate in, and may also be a mandatory requirement of the court.  These treatment programs vary from anger management of substance abuse, to sex offender re-programming.  This correctional facility also has a GED program and other adult education classes.  Other programs inmates can participate in at this facility are business and computer courses.

Visiting Hours at Brooklyn Correctional Institution:

This facility utilizes a rotating schedule by the inmates last name.

• Visiting days and hours for inmates with a last name that starts with A-K are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm-9pm, and on Saturdays from 8:30am-10:30am, and 1pm-3pm.
• Visiting times for inmates with a last name starting with L-Z are on Wednesdays and Fridays from 6pm-9pm, and on Sundays from 8:30am-10:30am and 1pm-3pm.

You must arrive at the beginning of a visiting block to ensure you are processed and admitted to visitation.
