Hospital Galveston Medical Facility

Hospital Galveston Unit is a Medical Facility located in Galveston Texas.  The facility houses males and females of all custody levels who are undergoing intensive medical treatment.  The maximum capacity of Hospital Galveston is 365 offenders.  Hospital Galveston has a medical and surgical staff on site, an offers a variety of specialized clinicians.  No educational programs are offered at this facility, however inmates still have access to services offered by the Chaplains office.

Visiting Hours at Hospital Galveston:

Inmates who are currently located at Hospital Galveston and are hospitalized for a non-life threatening issue have visitation on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am-5pm.  Offenders who are considered critically ill are allowed visits everyday.
