John H. Lilley Correctional Center

John Lilley Correctional Center is a minimum security prison located in Boley Oklahoma.  It houses about 820 adult male inmates.  This facility specializes in housing physically disabled and elderly inmates.  Some inmates at John H. Lilley Correctional Center are confined to wheelchairs and receive daily assistance from staff.  Medical services at this prison include emergency services, dental services, and care for inmates with chronic or debilitating illness.  The majority of offenders at this prison are incarcerated for violent crimes.

While incarcerated at John H. Lilley Correctional Center inmates can receive substance abuse treatment and can participate in adult basic education courses and even earn a GED.  Select inmates at this facility can participate in the Oklahoma Correctional Industries chemical mattress and box factory operation, which produces cleaning chemicals, mop heads, mattresses, and boxes.  This facility also operates a small calf production in which fifteen inmates breed cows and raise the calf.

Visiting Hours at John Lilley Correctional Center:

Visiting for inmates at John Lilley Correctional Center is based on the first letter of the inmate's last name.  Inmates A-K have visitation on Saturdays, inmates L-Z have visitation on Sundays.  The time of the visit will depend on the inmate's level.

• Level 1 inmates have one hour of non-contact visitation from 1:15pm-2:15pm
• ​Level 2 inmates have four hours of visitation from 9:30am-1:30pm
• Level 3 inmates have six hours of visitation from 8:30am-2:30pm
• Level 4 inmates have seven and a half hours of visitation from 8am-3:30pm
• On a State recognized Holiday inmates A-K will have visits from 8:30am-11:30am and inmates L-Z will have visits from 12:30pm-3:30pm
