ASPC Kingman

Arizona State Prison Complex Kingman is a privately run facility that houses minimum to medium custody inmates.  This facility holds over 3,500 male inmates and is owned and operated by the Management and Training Corporation.

Some accounts of privately run facilities claim that that when an institution is run for a profit, care and quality of rehabilitation decline, this has not been conclusively proven.  This facility offers minimal programs such as, an alcohol and substance abuse program, an adult basic education (ABE) and GED program.  There are work programs that include participating in contracted work crew, but the work or skills that are taught are not highlighted.

Visiting Hours at Arizona Prison Complex Kingman:

Visiting hours at both Kingman Complex units are:
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays from 8:30am-3:30pm
Non-Contact visitations are Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am-3:30pm (inmates are allowed 2 hours of visitation)
CDU Detention has visitation Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am-3:30pm (inmates may have 1 hour)
Special visits are daily 8:00am-3:00pm
