Perryville Arizona State Prison Complex is made up of eleven different units; Complex Detention, Comlex Minors, Lumley, Piestewa, San Carlos, San Pedro, Santa Cruz, Santa Maria, Santa Rosa, Special Management, and Womens Treatment.  Like most correctional institutions, Perryville offers inmates an adult basic education (ABE) program and a GED program.  Basic medical and dental care is offered to all inmates, as well as substance abuse treatments.  Inmates may also take advantage of many vocational studies such as working in a print shop, garment factory, kitchen, warehouse and laundry as well as farming, an auto auction, wildfire and state fair crew.  Inmates can also work on road and maintenance crews that work at various cities in the area. 

Visiting Hours at ASPC Perryville:

Visiting days and hours at Perryville vary depending on the inmates Phase and Unit.  Phase I inmates may have a single 4 hour visitation on either Saturday or Sunday.  Phase II inmates may have three four hour blocks of visitation on either Saturday or Sunday (Lumley closed custody is limited to 2 visits per week and Lumley maximum custody is limited to a single 2 hour non contact visit per week).  Phase III inmates may have up to 4, four hours blocks of visiting on either Satuday or Sunday (Lumley closed custody limited to 3 visits per week, max custody limited to a single two hour non contact visit per week).  All female death row inmates may have non contact visits by scheduled appointment.  If you arrive during the last two hours of a visiting block you will not be admitted to visitation.

San Pedro Unit has regular visitation Saturdays and Sundays from 8am-12pm and again from 12pm-4pm.  Non contact visits are by appointment only and are Fridays from 12:30pm-2:30pm.  The number to schedule an appointment is (623)-853-0304 ext 24456 or 24452.

Minors Unit has visitation Saturday and Sundays from 8am-12pm and again from 12pm-4pm.

Lumley Unit has visitation Saturdays and Sundays 8am-12pm and 12pm-4pm.  Death row inmates may have visits on Mondays only from 7am-3pm, the visits for death row inmates are by appointment only.  SMA inmates may have non-contact visits by appointment only on Thursdays from 8am-10am and again from 10:30am-12:30pm.  General population non-contact visits are Friday from 8am-10am, 10:30am-12:30pm and 1pm-3pm.  R&A Phase I inmates may have a single hour of visitation on Wednesdays from 8am-3pm, by appointment only.  To make an appointment for any of the Lumley unit inmates you can call (623)-853-0304 ext. 24656.

Piestewa inmates have visitation Saturday and Sundays 8am-12pm and again from 12pm-4pm.

Santa Cruz inmates have regular visitation on Saturdays and Sundays 8am-12pm and again from 12pm-4pm.  Non-contact visits are by appointment only on Fridays from 8am-9am and 9am-10am.  The number to schedule an appointment is (623)-853-0304 ext 2455 or 24599.

Santa Maria inmates have regular visitation on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, and non contact visits by appointment only on Fridays from 10am-11am.  The contact for appointments is (623) 853-0304 ext 24956.

Santa Rosa inmates have visitation Saturday and Sundays 8am-12pm and again from 12pm-4pm.

San Carlos inmates have visitation Saturday and Sundays 8am-12pm and again from 12pm-4pm.
