B.B. Rayburn Correctional Center
B.B. Rayburn Correctional Center is located in Angie Louisiana. This prison was named after a Louisiana State Senator. This facility puts an emphasis on an inmate's education as it is directly related to the recidivism rate (rate at which the inmate re-offends). Having educational and vocational programs teach the inmates new skills which they can use to better their lives and even obtain a job upon release.
