Lincoln Correctional Center
Lincoln Correctional Center is a medium to maximum security prison that houses adult males, and is located in Lincoln Nebraska. It shares many services and a security perimeter with the nearby Diagnostic and Evaluation Center. Offenders at Lincoln Correctional Center have access to programs that allow the inmate to earn a GED and adult basic education, and even take college level courses. Inmates can also participate in the correctional industries vocational program that teach the inmates skills in a wood shop, and print shop.
One of the more unique programs offered at this facility is the PAAWS program where inmates are able to work with dogs, teaching them basic dog obedience. Additional services include pre-release and pre-employment programs.
Visiting Hours at Lincoln Correctional Center:
The facility will stop processing visitors for the morning session at 10:20am, the afternoon session at 3:05pm, and the evening session at 7:05pm. If you do not arrive prior to these times you will not be allowed to enter into visitation. General Population inmates are allowed two visiting sessions during weekdays and a single weekend visiting session.

- Thursdays from 8am-10:45am and 5pm-7:30pm.
- Fridays from 8am-10:45am, 12:30pm-3:30pm, and 5pm-7:30pm.
- Saturdays from 5pm-7:30pm.
- Sundays from 8am-10:45am and 12:30pm-3:30pm.
- Protective Custody inmates have visitation on:
- Thursdays from 12:30pm-3:30pm.
- Saturdays from 8am-10:45am.
- Sundays from 5pm-7:30pm.
- Segregation inmates have visits on:
- Wednesdays from 12:30pm-3:30pm.
- Saturdays from12:30pm-3:30pm.
